Instructions: Rinse & soak for 1 hour or more. Rinse. Prepare 1 cup to 2 cups of water. If soaking, use less water. Cook 15-20 mins. Add to soups, stews, use as a breakfast porridge or substitute for rice. Also great sprouted.
