Camu Camu Berry Powder – Myrciaria Dubia – Raw – Organic
A tangy berry native to South America that holds the title ‘sun king’ for having the highest vitamin C content of any botanical source. Camu Camu’s tart, sour flavour works well to replace lemon in drinks and balances sweet flavours in desserts. These berries were traditionally dried in season and stored for use as medicine.
Instructions: Add 1 tsp to water, smoothies, or desserts. Often used in conjunction with MSM. Blend with sebuckthorn puree, honey and orange essential for a rehydrating orange juice replacement.
