Za-atar recipe:
2 Tbsp toasted Sesame Seed
1-2 Tbsp of ground Sumac berry
1 Tbsp each of ground cumin and ground Coriander
1 Tbsp each of ground Thyme, Oregano, and Marjoram
Combine all in a blender or use mortar & pestle and add salt and pepper to taste
